Vietnamese food is a culinary hybrid that emphasizes the use of fresh Southeast Asian produce and ingredients, French technique and preparation, and an adherence to the proper combination of the five fundamental elements of taste are sweetness, sourness, saltiness, bitterness & savoriness.
Underpinned by it’s reputation for health and the minimal use of oil, Our chefs build flavors and textures through the use of fresh herbs such as lemongrass, ginger, daikon, mint, coriander, cinnamon, chili, lime, lemon and basil.
